Many happy hours spent creating animals and bowls on the wheel sowed the seeds of a lifelong love for ceramics.

Jennifer Cobb is a ceramic artist based in North Lincolnshire, whose practice spans both functional ware and sculptural vessels. Her wheel-thrown work ranges from thoughtfully designed everyday pieces to experimental double-walled forms and playful doughnut vases. Alongside her studio practice, Jennifer appeared on The Great Pottery Throw Down, where she shared her passion for clay with a wide audience and further developed her creative voice.
As a teacher, she is committed to making throwing skills accessible, encouraging students to experiment with proportion, scale, and texture while building confidence on the wheel. Whether creating functional pottery or more sculptural works, Jennifer’s ceramics celebrate the versatility of clay and the joy of making.
